Processing Time
All prints are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer - thank you for your patience.
UK Shipping
UK orders are sent via tracked or standard delivery depending on the option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Express Shipping is Signed For 1st Class - this does not speed up the 3-7 day turnaround.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including Australia. Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal services. All international orders are sent via Tracked service.
Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
At this time, we are unable to ship to EU/EEA countries due to regulatory requirements.
Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delicate Digitals is not responsible for any additional fees, customs delays, or charges incurred once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the courier. While I’ll always do my best to help track down any issues, Delicate Digitals cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or courier errors.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
